About Me


Hey everyone.  My name is Thomas and I have been lifting weights on and off for about 8 years.  I recently become serious in the last year or two.  I have always been skinny, since my days back in high school.  I graduated highschool at about 140 pounds at 5′ 10″ (1999).  Since then I have put on about 50lbs of muscle and have become fairly strong in most of my lifts.

I hope I can help other people looking build muscle and increase strength as well as provide motivation for myself to continue on building more muscle.

My goal is to be about 200-210 with 8% bf.
